The Bruce Hotel - Stratford

The breakfast was a dream come true with delicious French toast complemented by house-made hot sauce that took the eggs to the next level. The homemade strawberry jam? Simply divine! Plus, the pool and hot tub offered spa-like vibes.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the theater, a different restaurant and Stratford, ON. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from Subway, offering food to go. The rooms were new-fashioned & luxurious with shower.

I enjoyed its extremely helpful and caring employees.

Every staff member was great a true embodiment of service excellence. The food was excellent I highly recommend trying dinner at the restaurant you won't regret it.

The refusal to accommodate a late checkout request felt disappointing considering the hotel's overall quality. It left us with a somewhat inconvenient timing for our departure.

The complimentary butter tarts upon arrival and the really good help with dinner reservations made our stay special. The evening atmosphere by the pool was the perfect way to unwind after our theater outings.

Staying at this hotel was a delight, especially with excellent access to the tranquil upper queen's park just a short walk away and only a brief stroll to the beautiful shakespearean gardens, made for perfect leisurely explorations. The hotel offered a comfy base for our adventures through the city and I loved being able to wander around so easily.

We ran into issues with our dinner reservations, disheartening. I felt embarrassed that my oversight affected our evening plans. Despite their best efforts, we couldn't enjoy a dinner at the expected time, leaving me feeling disappointed at missing out on the hotel's touted dining experience.

The attention to detail was next level! My Beautiful Twin Room with a fine city view was spacious and elegant. Sipping coffee on the balcony while soaking in the vibes was pure bliss!

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

The room was super spacious with comfy beds, and my daughter loved the cute cookie hotline. Breakfast was nice, but I kinda wished they had more options like pastries. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the theater! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a King Room with Garden View. The room was huge and had a lovely patio for morning coffee. Super clean and stylish with elegant touches everywhere. The bathroom was amazing, definitely a highlight! There were complimentary water bottles and the cutest cookie ordering line. Really felt special here!
